Piroxicam Side Effects Report #5019845-2
Piroxicam side effect was reported by a Physician from INDIA on May 19, 2006. Male patient, 32 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Piroxicam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , dyspnoea, fear, frequent bowel movements, headache , ocular hyperaemia, pulse absent, vomiting. Piroxicam dosage: 40 MG, OD INTERVAL: ONLY ONCE GIVEN), INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with RENACORT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, dyspnoea, middle insomnia, mouth haemorrhage. Piroxicam dosage: 1 CAPSULE -20 MG- 1 X AFTER SUPPER. Patient recovered.
