Female patient, 53 years of age, weighting 250.0 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis , back pain  and was treated with Piroxicam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , dyspepsia, feeling abnormal, heart rate increased, myocardial infarction, paraesthesia. Piroxicam dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
