Female patient, child 8 years of age, was diagnosed with sinus disorder, injection site reaction and was treated with Piriton. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis , dizziness , sinus disorder. Piriton dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLIXONASE, ANTIBIOTICS, ETANERCEPT, METHOTREXATE, PREDNISOLONE, AMOXICILLIN, LORATADINE, IBUPROFEN. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 23 years of age, weighting 233.7 lb, was diagnosed with crohn's disease  and was treated with Piriton. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, anxiety , chills, dizziness , dry mouth, dysarthria, dyspnoea, headache . Piriton dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLIZINE, DUROGESIC PATCH, TEMAZEPAM, DIAZEPAM, ORAMORPH, PREDFOAM, TRAMADOL, PARACETAMOL. Patient died on 12/30/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, anxiety , chills, condition aggravated, crohn's disease , dizziness , dry mouth, dysarthria. Piriton dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLIZINE, DUROGESIC PATCH, TEMAZEPAM, DIAZEPAM, ORAMORPH, PREDFOAM. Patient died on 12/31/2005.
