Male patient, 87 years of age, weighting 202.8 lb, was diagnosed with pseudomonas infection and was treated with Piperacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: nephritis interstitial, platelet count decreased, renal failure. Piperacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FELODIPINE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, OMEPRAZOLE, ENOXAPARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
