Piperacillin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 18, 2008. Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 243.8 lb, was diagnosed with urosepsis and was treated with Piperacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: nephritis, respiratory rate increased. Piperacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NAFCILLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PIPERACILLIN AND TAZOBACTAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
