Piperacillin Side Effects Report #5804249-2
Piperacillin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 03, 2008. Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Piperacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, chest pain , electrocardiogram st segment elevation. Piperacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LACTATED RINGER, PREDONINE, MEVALOTIN, NORVASC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
