After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anastomotic complication, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bacteroides infection, blood creatinine increased, candidiasis, klebsiella infection, pathogen resistance. Piperacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PIPERACILLIN AND TAZOBACTAM, PIPERACILLIN AND TAZOBACTAM, PIPERACILLIN AND TAZOBACTAM, FLUCONAZOLE, LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient died.
