After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, condition aggravated, myeloid maturation arrest, thrombocytopenia. Piperacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, INSULIN, ASPIRIN, VANCOMYCIN, CORTANCYL, LEXOMIL, VITAMIN K1. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
