Piperacillin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Apr 01, 2008. Male patient, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with staphylococcal sepsis and was treated with Piperacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, condition aggravated, myeloid maturation arrest, thrombocytopenia. Piperacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, INSULIN, ASPIRIN, VANCOMYCIN, CORTANCYL, LEXOMIL, VITAMIN K1. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
