After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Pioglitazone dosage: 45 MG (45 MG, 1 IN 1 D) PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PREVACID, LOPRESSOR, COLCHICINE, LIPITOR, ELAVIL, PLAVIX, PENTASA, DIABETA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
