After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anaemia, eructation, flatulence, insomnia, malaise, nausea . Pioglitazone dosage: 45 MG (15 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, SIMVASTIN, ASPIRIN, RAMIPRIL. Patient recovered.
