Male patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with mental disorder, vertigo and was treated with Pimozide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: extrapyramidal disorder, fall , gait disturbance, muscle rigidity, parkinsonism. Pimozide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUNITRAZEPAM, TRAZADONE, BETHAHISTINE, PENTOXIFYLLINE, MOLSIDOMINE, BISOPROLOL, RANITIDINE, PRAVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with HALOPERIDOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
