Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with balanitis and was treated with Pimecrolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: circumcision What is  circumcision, erythroplasia of penis, squamous cell carcinoma. Pimecrolimus dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
