Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with sjogren's syndrome  and was treated with Pilocarpine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, asthenia, depression , hypersomnia. Pilocarpine dosage: 15 MG; QD; PO. Patient recovered.

Male patient, weighting 205.0 lb, was diagnosed with pupillary disorder and was treated with Pilocarpine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, astigmatism, cataract , coma, crying, depression , diplopia, dry eye. Pilocarpine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALPHAGAN P. Patient recovered.
