Male patient, 20 years of age, weighting 195.0 lb, was diagnosed with post procedural complication, surgery  and was treated with Pilocarpine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, disturbance in attention, impaired driving ability, lacrimation increased, miosis, myopia, pupillary disorder, vision blurred, visual disturbance.
