Phytonadione side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Feb 22, 2006. Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with international normalised ratio increased and was treated with Phytonadione. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: burning sensation, chills, dyspnoea, hypotension, infusion related reaction, nausea What is  nausea, pyrexia, rash macular, tachycardia. Phytonadione dosage: 5 MG IV OTO. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, DOCUSATE, PROTONIX, ACYCLOVIR, CEFTRIAXONE, LEVAQUIN, DILANTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Phytonadione side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 19, 2005. Male patient, weighting 17.64 lb, was treated with Phytonadione. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bloody discharge, bradycardia, coronary artery occlusion, international normalised ratio increased, oxygen saturation decreased, prothrombin time prolonged, pyrexia, rash What is  rash, respiratory failure. Phytonadione dosage: 1MG DAILY INTRAVENOU. Patient died on 01/07/2005.
