Phytonadione side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 14, 2006. Female patient, 82 years of age, was treated with Phytonadione. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperhidrosis, hypotension, hypotonia, loss of consciousness, oxygen saturation decreased, tachycardia, unevaluable event. Phytonadione dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bloody discharge, bradycardia, coronary artery occlusion, international normalised ratio increased, oxygen saturation decreased, prothrombin time prolonged, pyrexia, rash , respiratory failure. Phytonadione dosage: 1MG DAILY INTRAVENOU. Patient died on 01/07/2005.
