After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , back pain , hypertension, infusion related reaction, nausea , pruritus, urticaria. Phytonadione dosage: 5 MG, IV, ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN. Patient recovered.

Phytonadione dosage: 5 MG IV OTO. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, DOCUSATE, PROTONIX, ACYCLOVIR, CEFTRIAXONE, LEVAQUIN, DILANTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
