Phytonadione side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 06, 2008. Female patient, 87 years of age, was treated with Phytonadione. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoxia, tremor. Phytonadione dosage: 0.5MG -0.25 ML- OVER 10 MINUTES IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anaphylactic reaction, cyanosis, hypoxia. Phytonadione dosage: 10 MG ONCE IV BOLUS ONE DOSE. Patient recovered.
