Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 172.0 lb, was diagnosed with preoperative care and was treated with Phytonadione. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension. Phytonadione dosage: 10 MG ONCE SQ [ONE DOSE]. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Phytonadione dosage: 5 MG IV OTO. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, DOCUSATE, PROTONIX, ACYCLOVIR, CEFTRIAXONE, LEVAQUIN, DILANTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
