Phytonadione side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 19, 2008. Male patient, weighting 3.31 lb, was diagnosed with haemorrhage, prophylaxis, vitamin k deficiency and was treated with Phytonadione. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: device breakage. Phytonadione dosage: 1MG ONCE IM. Patient recovered.
