Phytonadione side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 23, 2008. Male patient, 83 years of age, weighting 206.5 lb, was diagnosed with catheterisation cardiac, preoperative care and was treated with Phytonadione. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, bundle branch block right, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cardiac failure congestive, dyspnoea, electrocardiogram st-t change, pulmonary arterial pressure increased, right ventricular hypertrophy. Phytonadione dosage: 1 MG X1 IV DRIP 1 DDOSE ONLY. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, LIPITOR, COUMADIN, FUROSEMIDE, ZAROXOLYN, ZESTRIL, AMIODARONE. Patient died on 12/25/2007.
