After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, atrial fibrillation , bacteraemia, dizziness , hypotension, nausea , respiratory failure, sepsis . Phytonadione dosage: 1 MG IV (0850 X ONE). Patient recovered.
