Physostigmine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 04, 2007. Male patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with coma and was treated with Physostigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, hypotension, loss of consciousness, lung infiltration, unresponsive to stimuli. Physostigmine dosage: 1 MG FREQ IV. During the same period patient was treated with GAMMA, DEXTROSE, NALOXONE, LORAZEPAM, MIDAZOLAM, PROPOFOL. Patient recovered.
