Male patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with coma and was treated with Physostigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, atrial fibrillation , cholinergic syndrome, coma, heart rate increased, hyperhidrosis, loss of consciousness. Physostigmine dosage: 1 MG FREQ IV. During the same period patient was treated with GAMMA, ATROPINE. Patient recovered.

Physostigmine dosage: 1 MG FREQ IV. During the same period patient was treated with GAMMA, NALOXONE. Patient recovered.
