Photofrin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 06, 2006. Female patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with Photofrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, multi-organ failure, post procedural complication. Photofrin dosage: 2.5 MG/KG IV. Patient died.
