Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma recurrent and was treated with Photofrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphagia, extradural abscess, fistula

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphagia, productive cough, tracheo-oesophageal fistula. Photofrin dosage: 2 MG/KG IV. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adenocarcinoma, chest pain
, dehydration, diarrhoea, dysphagia, gastritis, gastrointestinal mucosal disorder, hiatus hernia, insomnia. Photofrin dosage: MG. During the same period patient was treated with BETAPACE, DIOVAN, NORVASC, PRANDIN, REGLAN, KLONOPIN, ASPIRIN. Patient died.
