Photofrin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 06, 2006. Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with sarcomatosis and was treated with Photofrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, fluid overload, pulmonary embolism . Photofrin dosage: 2.5 MG/KG IV. Patient recovered.

Photofrin dosage: 2.5 MG/KG IV. During the same period patient was treated with LOPRESSOR, ASPIRIN. Patient died on 08/16/1997.
