Female patient, 80 years of age, weighting 155.0 lb, was diagnosed with colonoscopy  and was treated with Phosphosoda. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, asthenia, dehydration, diarrhoea, dysgeusia, dyspnoea, dyspnoea exertional, facial pain, fatigue. Phosphosoda dosage: 135 ML;TOTAL;PO. During the same period patient was treated with TOPROL, ACCUPRIL, DIOVAN HCT, SYNTHROID, GLUCOSAMINE, BEXTRA, PREVACID, NEXIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
