Phosphatidal side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 23, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Phosphatidal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: loss of consciousness, mass, neoplasm malignant, skin discolouration, urticaria, vomiting, wound What is  wound. Phosphatidal dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died.
