Phosblock Side Effects Report #4738804-8
Phosblock side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 21, 2005. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperphosphataemia and was treated with Phosblock. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diverticular perforation, diverticulum intestinal, gastrointestinal necrosis, large intestine perforation. Phosblock dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM CARBONATE, CANDESARTAN CILEXETIL, NIFEDIPINE, TICLOPIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
