Phosblock side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 16, 2007. Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperphosphataemia and was treated with Phosblock. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood phosphorus increased, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haemorrhagic diathesis, prothrombin time prolonged. Phosblock dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN POTASSIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood calcium decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood phosphorus increased, blood pressure systolic decreased, gastritis haemorrhagic, gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Phosblock dosage: unknown.
