Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with convulsion prophylaxis and was treated with Phenytoinection. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac enzymes increased, cardiac failure congestive, ejection fraction decreased, ill-defined disorder, myocarditis, pyrexia, rash maculo-papular. Phenytoinection dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
