Phenytek side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 08, 2007. Female patient, 37 years of age, was diagnosed with convulsion prophylaxis and was treated with Phenytek. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, electromechanical dissociation, grand mal convulsion, haemodialysis, hypotension, hypoxia, nephritis interstitial, stevens-johnson syndrome. Phenytek dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/19/2006.
