Phenylephrine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 15, 2005. Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 257.0 lb, was diagnosed with erection increased, prostatic operation and was treated with Phenylephrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain What is  chest pain, hypertension, incorrect dose administered, overdose, procedural complication. Phenylephrine dosage: 0.5 MG IN DIVIDED DOSES 2X INTRA CORP DOSE GIVEN WAS 5MG OVER 2 DOSE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypertension. Phenylephrine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KETOROLAC. Patient recovered.
