Male patient, 15 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with nasal operation and was treated with Phenylephrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure fluctuation, brain damage, carbon dioxide abnormal, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, procedural complication. Phenylephrine dosage: unknown. Patient died on 08/18/2003.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cardio-respiratory arrest, pulmonary oedema. Phenylephrine dosage: 10 MILLIGRAM ONCE INTRAVENOUS (NOS). Patient recovered.
