After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , coronary artery disease , electrocardiogram qt prolonged, hyperkinesia, myocardial infarction, palpitations, ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia. Phentermine dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
