After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, delusion, loss of consciousness, palpitations, psychotic disorder What is  psychotic disorder. Phentermine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERDAL, ZOLOFT, TEMAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
