Female patient, 37 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with decreased appetite and was treated with Phentermine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal sensation in eye, alopecia, arthralgia, confusional state, disorientation, dysgeusia, dyspnoea, eye swelling, facial spasm. Phentermine dosage: 15 MG;QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, MOTRIN. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 35 years of age, weighting 105.0 lb, was diagnosed with medical diet and was treated with Phentermine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal sensation in eye, alopecia, disorientation, disturbance in attention, dizziness What is  dizziness, dysarthria, dysgeusia, dyspnoea, eye swelling. Phentermine dosage: 15 ML. ONCE DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
