After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, asthenia, cold sweat, dizziness , fatigue, feeling abnormal, malaise, nausea . Phentermine dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, drooling, feeling of body temperature change, headache , hypoaesthesia, lethargy, lip disorder, loss of consciousness. Phentermine dosage: 37.5 MG DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN B. Patient recovered.
