Phenoxymethyl side effect was reported by a Physician from TUNISIA on Apr 01, 2008. Female patient, 17 years of age, was diagnosed with acute tonsillitis and was treated with Phenoxymethyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, cardiac arrest . Phenoxymethyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KERLONE. Patient died on 02/25/2008.
