Male patient, child 4 years of age, weighting 9.00 lb, was diagnosed with grand mal convulsion and was treated with Phenobarbital. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma , keratoconjunctivitis sicca, scar , stevens-johnson syndrome. Phenobarbital dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with epilepsy , asthma  and was treated with Phenobarbital. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma , convulsion, tachycardia. Phenobarbital dosage: 150 MG/ DAY. During the same period patient was treated with FORASEQ. Patient recovered.
