Phenergan side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 27, 2006. Male patient, 23 years of age, weighting 146.4 lb, was diagnosed with vomiting and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cellulitis , thrombophlebitis, vomiting. Phenergan dosage: 12.5 MG ONCE IVP. Patient recovered.

Phenergan side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 21, 2005. Female patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with nausea  and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: muscle spasms, nausea , paraesthesia, pruritus, tongue disorder. Phenergan dosage: 25 MG PO PRN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, nausea , pain , respiratory rate decreased. Phenergan dosage: PHENERGAN 25MG PRN FOR NAUSEA IV. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 30 years of age, weighting 120.1 lb, was diagnosed with laryngospasm, hypersensitivity and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, haemorrhage, hemiplegia, nausea , ventricular extrasystoles. Phenergan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EPINEPHRINE, VENTOLIN, TORADOL, BENADRYL, PEPCID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
