Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 225.0 lb, was diagnosed with sedation and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cellulitis , extravasation, hypoaesthesia, pain , paraesthesia, phlebitis, soft tissue disorder, thrombosis. Phenergan dosage: 25 MG;ONCE;IV. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, HYTRIN, KLONOPIN, TRAZODONE, NEXIUM, FENTANYL, VERSED, CHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
