After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cellulitis , extravasation, hypoaesthesia, pain , paraesthesia, phlebitis, soft tissue disorder, thrombosis. Phenergan dosage: 25 MG;ONCE;IV. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, HYTRIN, KLONOPIN, TRAZODONE, NEXIUM, FENTANYL, VERSED, CHLORIDE. Patient recovered.

Phenergan dosage: 12.5MG IV SLOW PUSH X1. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL, ARICEPT, ASPIRIN, VIT B, PLAVIX, METFORMIN, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
