Phenergan side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 30, 2008. Female patient, 31 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with vomiting and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , hallucination, nausea . Phenergan dosage: 25MG IVPB X 1. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, VALACYCLOVIR, FLUCONAZOLE, CYCLOSPORINE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, CEFTAZIDIME, VANCOMYCIN. Patient recovered.

Phenergan side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 04, 2005. Male patient, 52 years of age, weighting 230.2 lb, was diagnosed with nausea  and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dyskinesia, feeling abnormal, heart rate increased, nausea , oesophageal spasm, paralysis . Phenergan dosage: 200 MG BIMONTHLY (3-4 DAYS EACH TIME), RECTAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE SULPHATE, PROMETHAZINE, PREVACID, ULTRAM, CARAFATE, LEVSIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, nausea , pain , respiratory rate decreased. Phenergan dosage: PHENERGAN 25MG PRN FOR NAUSEA IV. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, loss of consciousness, nausea , retching, skin discolouration, ventricular fibrillation. Phenergan dosage: 25 MG 1X INTRAVENOU. During the same period patient was treated with PHENERGAN HYDROCHLORIDE, ANZEMET, LITHIUM, NALTREXONE, AVALIDE, WELLBUTRIN. Patient died on 04/22/2005.
