Female patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with tumour pain, bipolar disorder  and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: loss of consciousness, sedation. Phenergan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, CYMBALTA, QUETIAPINE FUMARATE, ZYPREXA, METHADONE, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient recovered.

Phenergan dosage: 25 MG 1X INTRAVENOU. During the same period patient was treated with PHENERGAN HYDROCHLORIDE, ANZEMET, LITHIUM, NALTREXONE, AVALIDE, WELLBUTRIN. Patient died on 04/22/2005.
