Phenergan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 05, 2005. Male patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with nausea  and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, cardiomegaly, complex regional pain syndrome , flushing, injection site irritation, injection site swelling, muscle atrophy. Phenergan dosage: 25 MG Q6HR IV. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
