Phenergan side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 02, 2007. Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with nausea  and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, body temperature increased, cough, dehydration, depressed level of consciousness, extrapyramidal disorder, lethargy, pain , restlessness. Phenergan dosage: 12.5MG IV SLOW PUSH X1. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL, ARICEPT, ASPIRIN, VIT B, PLAVIX, METFORMIN, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with nausea , insomnia, back pain , muscle spasms, intercostal neuralgia and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blastocystis infection, clostridium difficile colitis, depressed level of consciousness, mental status changes, urinary tract infection fungal. Phenergan dosage: 25 MG EVERY 6 HOURS AS NEEDED. During the same period patient was treated with AMBIEN, CYCLOBENZAPRINE, LUNESTA, OPANA ER, OPANA ER, ZANAFLEX, XANAX, TOPAMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
