Female patient, child 7 years of age, was diagnosed with stomach discomfort, vomiting and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, convulsion, fall , gait disturbance, respiratory arrest. Phenergan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENERGAN SUPPOSITORY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/11/1962.

Phenergan dosage: 6.25 MG ONCE IV. During the same period patient was treated with LEVAQUIN, BICALUTAMIDE, CENTRUM SILVER, DOCUSATE, FELODIPINE, FERROUS SULPHATE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, MIRTAZAPINE. Patient recovered.
