Female patient, 89 years of age, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with nausea , pneumonia  and was treated with Phenergan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, bradycardia, cardiac arrest , mental status changes, unresponsive to stimuli. Phenergan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IBANDRONIC ACID, CEFTRIAXONE, AZITHROMYCIN. Patient died on 05/25/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, cardiac arrest , electrocardiogram abnormal, encephalopathy, hypotension, ischaemia, tachycardia. Phenergan dosage: 25 MG 1X INTRAVENOU. During the same period patient was treated with PHENERGAN HYDROCHLORIDE, ANZEMET, LIPITOR, DIOVAN, DYAZIDE, ADVAIR DISKUS, METOPROLOL. Patient died on 11/23/2004.
